Grafton brought a huge number of disparate merchant businesses together and tasked Paul and his team with creating a cohesive Brand Personality and an idea which would hold the whole enterprise together and define its position. 'Get the job done' became a truly 360 degree thought informing every part of Grafton's operation.
To prove the importance of the idea being as powerful internally as externally, a film was made to inspire the staff towards the new direction.
